FUTUREDATA CONFERENCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“Event” shall mean the FutureData Conference. “Organiser” shall mean Hannover Fairs Australia Pty Ltd.
The Organiser will endeavour to ensure that the published Event program is correct at the time of the actual Event. It may, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, be necessary to alter the program before the Event, and the Organiser reserves the right to do so without notice. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event, in which case full refunds for registrations will be issued to Attendees that have paid. The Organiser shall not be liable for any direct or indirect costs borne by the registered Attendees. In the event of any occurrence not foreseen in these ‘Terms and Conditions of Participation’, the decision of the Organiser shall be final.
Registration Confirmation of your registration for the Event will be sent to you via email by the Organiser. If applicable, a separate tax invoice will also be sent via e-mail.
Payment for the event are due in full at the time of registration. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation. For bookings made on or before Friday 16 November 2018 , if full payment is not received by 5pm on Friday 16 November 2018, the registration may be cancelled and the Organiser reserves the right to claim all payment due otherwise. For bookings made after Friday 16 November 2018, if payment is not received the same day then the attendee registration may be cancelled and the Organiser reserves the right to claim all payment due otherwise. By purchasing the item(s), you agree to FutureData Conference Term and Conditions.
No refunds will be made for cancellations
If you are unable to attend the Event and wish to substitute another attendee in your place, you must contact Hannover Fairs Australia to arrange the replacement before 5pm Friday 2 November 2018. The ticket is non-refundable. If proper notification is not provided within this deadline, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse the substitution.
