Dr. Behrang Zadjabbari
Behrang completed his bachelor in Engineering, master in MBA and PhD in computer science and published over 15 papers in top conferences and journals which can be found here.
Behrang has more than 16 years of experience in Process improvement, AI and Data science in different industries and have implemented very successful and innovative solutions such as:
- Retail: Analysed and enhanced customer loyalty programs (Bunnings- Coles)
- Utilities: Designed and developed advanced analytics platform (Origin energy)
- Finance: Analysed and profiled customers for channel steering (ANZ bank); Leaded Risk model development team and was member of the Global Centre of Excellence team within GE capital
- Telecommunications: Proposed and implemented a global award-winning solution in automating credit decisioning (Telstra)
- Wealth management: Behrang is now leading data science team within Findex and implemented few successful projects such as using AI to reduce churn rate and increase cross sale opportunities between different service lines also using AI to automate internal processes.
