About Karen Ganschow

Karen Ganschow leads the Consumer Marketing & Customer Strategy teams managing the end-to-end marketing for key strategic consumer segments, developing deep customer relationships and building customer advocacy.

Prior to National Australia Bank Karen Karen was Head of Customer Relationship Marketing and Digital at Westpac. She was also part of the launch team of Optus into Australia leading the mobile and internet customer value proposition development and launch of the key programs that have underpinned Optus’ continued success.

She has served on the board of the Association of Data Driven Marketing and Advertising (ADMA) and the Australian Israaeli Chamber of Commerce.

In 2007, Karen was recognised as the ADMA Marketer of the Year and recognised by LinkedIN as a Power Profile for Australia in 2015. Karen has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Hons) and a Master in Business Administration.
